Terms of Service

Spinoff turns YouTube videos (or video files you own) into social media content. Use it on content you have the right to use. Don't try to break the service. Pay for what you use. That's most of it — the details below govern the rest.

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account; you may not resell access to the service itself.

You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a paid plan.

You confirm you own the videos you upload or have permission to process them. For YouTube links, you confirm the video is yours or you have the creator's permission. Processing someone else's content without their consent is not allowed and may get your account terminated.

You keep ownership of the videos you submit and of the outputs generated for you. We claim no rights over your content.

You may not submit content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates anyone's rights.

Paid plans process a set number of videos per billing period, each up to the length limits shown on our pricing page. Credits are consumed when a video starts processing. If a processing run fails due to a fault on our side, the credit is returned automatically.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service: automated bulk submission, reselling processing capacity, or attempting to bypass plan limits.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Charges are processed by our merchant of record, who appears on your receipt.

Outputs are machine-generated drafts. They can contain errors, misquotes, or things that need a human edit before publishing. Review before you post; you are responsible for what you publish.

We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it arose.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use Spinoff after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You can stop using Spinoff and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we terminate you for something other than abuse, we'll refund the unused portion of your current period.
