Privacy Policy

Account data: when you sign in with Google, we store your email address and a display name so the app knows whose dashboard it is showing.

Content you submit: the YouTube links or video files you give us, the transcripts we generate from them, and the outputs (posts, clips, drafts) we create for you. These are stored so you can view and regenerate them from your dashboard.

Usage data: basic records of which features you use and how many processing credits you have spent. We use this to run the product, not to build advertising profiles.

Brand voice notes: if you save voice preferences, those are stored on your account and used only to tune your own outputs.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We do not train AI models on your videos, transcripts, or outputs.

We do not send you marketing email unless you ask for it.

Spinoff is built on other services to work. The ones that touch your data: a hosted database (Supabase) that stores your account and content; a speech-to-text provider (Groq/Whisper) that transcribes video audio; and large language model providers (Groq, OpenAI) that generate your outputs from transcripts. Your video is stored temporarily on Bunny CDN storage during processing and deleted as soon as transcription finishes.

When you pay for Spinoff, the payment is handled by our merchant of record, who processes the charge and applicable taxes. We never see or store your card details.

Your videos, transcripts, and outputs stay in your dashboard until you delete them (or delete your account). Uploaded video files are deleted from temporary storage immediately after transcription. If you delete your account, we delete your associated content.

You can delete any video and its outputs from your dashboard at any time. You can request a full account and data deletion by emailing us. We will action it within 30 days.
